We currently ship within Netherlands & Belgium. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
  

Shipping is free on all orders over €40.

Return Policy

At Sayū, we stand behind the quality of our matcha. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sayumatcha.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
