How to make your matcha
We recommend using a bamboo whisk (chasen) to blend 2 grams of matcha with hot water (around 80°C). For a traditional bowl (usucha), whisk until a fine layer of foam appears. For a matcha latte, simply add warm or cold milk of choice.
What makes our matcha special?
Our matcha is grown in Kagoshima in southern Japan where volcanic soil and gentle ocean air nurture the tea leaves with rich minerals and pure moisture. This unique environment gives our matcha its deep green color, silky texture and soft natural sweetness with a delicate umami finish.
